This was my first time using Northshore HVAC. I have had very bad experiences in the past until now. Lewis was recommended by my daughter. He scheduled me immediately when I told him my condenser was making a loud noise. He was here when he said he would be, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My unit is very old and he prepared me that I may not have many more years of use. If I called anyone else I have used in the past, they would have said I needed it replaced. Lewis didn’t do that.
